Publicly owned and developed by the Town of Princess Anne, the Princess Anne Industrial Park has been carefully designed to accommodate a variety of small-to-medium businesses. The total size of the park is 65 acres, and it is divided into lots ranging from 3 to 6 acres. Each lot costs $5,500 per acre and comes come already equipped with water, sewer, utilities, and access roads. All lots, 50% of which have already been sold, are level, cleared, and ready for immediate construction.
